Array Analysis

Analysing your arrays in ImageQuant TL could not be more straightforward. The Array module is ideal for the quantitative analysis of dot and slot blots, microtitre plates and other basic arrays with up to 1536 cells.

Grid detection and background subtraction

• Grid detection and background subtraction are performed with a single click for fast and accurate results
  
• Derived from the high-end ImageMaster Array product, ImageQuant TL's grid detection is regarded as the most reliable and consistent currently available in any array analysis software
  
• Grids can be stretched manually and individual cells can be moved
  when necessary
  
• A choice of background subtraction methods ensures accurate quantitation
  

Normalisation

• Calculate to a single spot or a group of spots
  
• Spot values can be expressed relative to an internal control if required
  

Presence/Absence Flagging

• Indicates spots over a certain threshold - it could not be simpler!
  
• Automatic estimate, or define the faintest 'present' spot

Review Results

• Spot quality metrics for high confidence in results
  
• Result tables can be configured in many ways
  
• Results may be sorted according to different parameters
  
• Spot description lists can be copied from Excel
